Email customerservice@catherineandjean.com for a Returns Label within seven days of receiving your order.

You will receive this label within 48 hours of your request.

Fill out the Returns Table included in the email with your label.

Send your return back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.

All returns over £50 will be sent a pre-paid shipping label.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.

Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.
